Grenada’s Independence Day is a national celebration of Grenada becoming an independent country and shaping its own future. Including it in school is a thoughtful way to recognize Grenadian students and families, while giving the whole class a chance to learn about Caribbean culture and build curiosity, respect, and connection across backgrounds.
