Monday, Jun 29, 2026 · Cultural

International Day of the Tropics is a day to learn about tropical regions around the world, from rainforests and islands to the people, cultures, plants, and animals that live there. In the classroom, it’s a fun way to explore nature, weather, biodiversity, and how different communities live in tropical places. It helps kids grow curiosity about the planet and build respect for the many environments and cultures that make our world so rich.
