International Week of Black Women in the Arts (Feb 7–15) is a time to spotlight and celebrate the creativity and contributions of Black women across music, visual art, dance, writing, film, and more. Celebrating it at school is a strong way to help Black students feel seen and proud, while giving all students a chance to grow cultural curiosity, respect, and a wider understanding of whose stories and talents shape our world.
