Vesak, also known as Buddha’s Birthday, is a special day in many Buddhist communities. It honors the birth of Buddha and is also a time to reflect on peace, kindness, and wisdom. In class, it can be a thoughtful way to help children learn about Buddhist traditions while making space for children from this background to feel seen, respected, and included.
